2019: Jarding served as a senior advisor and media trainer to New York City Mayor, Bill de Blasio during the Mayor’s race for the Democratic nomination.  In this capacity, Jarding oversaw all facets of the campaign as well as serving as media trainer and debate prep trainer for the Mayor.

In addition, Jarding has served as the campaign manager or senior advisor to candidates in India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Mongolia, Romania, Ukraine, Brazil, to name a few, and in numerous campaigns in the United States including races for US Senator Tim Johnson (D-SD); US Senator Jim Webb (D-VA); US Senator Mark Warner (D-VA); US Senator Bob Kerrey (D-NE); and US Senator Tom Daschle (D-SD).  Jarding also served as National Political Director for presidential candidates US Senators Bob Kerrey and John Edwards.  For four years he also served as senior advisor and communications director at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee in Washington, DC.
